Will I Get A Record of Recall Work Carried Out?

Ford continuously performs strict quality tests on its products. Whenever a situation arises, which compromises the safety and/or reliability of your vehicle, you will be notified directly, so that you can visit an Authorised Dealer and have the necessary checks/rectification completed.

After the necessary checks/corrections have been made it will be recorded in our warranty systems, and your Authorised Dealer can provide you with a no-charge invoice for your records upon request.

Ford is not responsible for any repair or replacement required as a result of failure to have your vehicle checked or reworked following a Field Service Action notification.
