Will I Get a Record of Recall Work Carried Out?

Ford continuously performs strict quality tests on its products. Whenever a situation arises which compromises the safety and/or reliability of your vehicle, you will be notified directly, so that you can visit an Authorized Dealer and have the necessary checks or rectification completed. 

After the necessary checks or corrections have been made, they will be recorded in our warranty systems, and your Authorized Dealer can provide you with a no-charge invoice for your records upon request. 

Ford is not responsible for any repair or replacement required as a result of failure to have your vehicle checked or reworked following a Field Service Action notification.
