How can I Find Field Service Actions for my Vehicle?

Field Service Actions (FSA) are conducted to ensure that any design or manufacturing concerns are addressed through a systematic and efficient rectification process.

While Ford proactively communicates repair instructions directly to affected owners, you can check for outstanding actions at any time. To do so, visit the Ford Philippines website in the Owners - Field Service Action section. You will need to enter your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to view any open recalls or service requirements.

Locating your VIN

On the Vehicle: The VIN is visible at the base of the windshield (viewed from the outside) or on the vehicle’s build and compliance labels located on the driver-side door frame.

On Documents: The VIN is also listed on your vehicle registration and insurance papers.
Important Note: Your VIN consists of exactly 17 alphanumeric characters.

Please ensure the code is entered accurately. Common errors include mistaking the letter "O" for the number "0." We recommend double-checking the characters before submitting your search to ensure an exact match.
