How do I view my vehicle's authorized users?

You can view authorized users in the Ford app on the Vehicle Information page.

Note: In order to view authorized users, you must first:

Viewing Authorized Users

  1. Log in to the Ford app.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Select your connect vehicle under the My Vehicles section. The Vehicle Information page displays the following information:
    • Vehicle Nickname
    • License Plate
    • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
    • Model
    • Authorized Users

Notes:

  • Adding a nickname is optional when you add a vehicle to the Ford app. It can also be added or edited later by selecting the Edit button on the Vehicle Information page.
  • Adding the license plate is optional. If you do not add it by selecting the Edit button, this section will be blank.
