The following items are not covered by the Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA):

Cost of parts, storage fees, fuel costs, tire costs, or any labor performed at the dealership.
Cost of towing services in excess on the coverage limits
Any form of impounding or towing unless done by FGP’s ERA provider.
Breakdowns/incidents caused by participation in recreational sports and commercial purposes (racing, off-roading events, for-hire vehicles, etc.)
Driver is under the influence of drugs, toxic or narcotic substances, or his/her blood-alcohol level exceeds that permitted by the laws in the country where unit is being driven.
Driver is not in possession of a valid and subsisting driver’s license corresponding to the class of unit being driven.
Excluded Areas (subject to carve back cover for reimbursement upon initial call to the hotline and submission of required documents within 90 days from date of towing service)
- Lanao del Norte (except Iligan City), Lanao del Sur, North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, Sulu, Tawi Tawi, Basilan, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Compostela Valley, Catanduanes, Masbate, Sarangani, Batanes, Romblon, Marinduque, Guimaras, Camiguin
