Defective safety-related parts must always be replaced with new components and should never be repaired.

Safety-Related Parts include:

• Seatbelts.
• Airbags.

These items are covered under the Ford New Vehicle Limited Warranty during the applicable warranty period. For detailed coverage information, please consult your warranty booklet.

Important: In the event of an alleged safety-related part failure—particularly one that poses a risk to people or property or renders the vehicle non-compliant with legal standards—the vehicle must remain undisturbed and protected from environmental elements.
