How Are Wallpaper Photos Added To SYNC?

You can change the image that appears on your SYNC home screen: you can choose to display one of the default photos that come with the vehicle, display a blank screen, display a logo or upload your own image.

To add one of your own pictures:

  • load an image onto a USB drive or memory card – the image must be:
    • in a jpg, gif, png or bitmap format
    • no larger than 800 by 384 pixels
    • no larger than 1.5 megabyte
  • on the home screen, press Settings – Display - Edit Wallpaper
  • connect the USB drive or memory card and press Add - Ok - USB disk and then select the image you want to use
  • when you are happy with your selection press Save
