How do I Check for SYNC Updates?

To find out what version of SYNC you have, follow the steps below specific to your SYNC generation.

You can check your SYNC software version through your vehicle's SYNC screen:

  1. Tap the Vehicle image on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap General.
  4. Tap About SYNC to see your current software version.
