How do I reset my password for FordPass^®?

You can reset your password on the FordPass App sign-in page. If you are logged in, access the sign-in page by logging out. Then take the following steps:

1. Click the Forgot Password? link.
2. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field.
3. Tap Continue.
4. Create a new password in the New Password field.
5. Retype your new password in the Confirm Password field.
6. Tap Request OTP.
7. Check your mobile SMS messages for a One-Time Password (OTP) from Ford.
8. Enter the temporary passcode in the Authentication Code field.
9. Tap Submit Code. 

Now you can log in to FordPass with your new password.
