How do I change my FordPass® Username?

In order to change your FordPass username, you must set up device security. This is native Android/iOS security that may include:

  • Touch ID
  • Face ID
  • PIN/Password
  • Pattern Entry

Change Your Username

  1. Go to the Home landing page.
  2. Tap the Account icon.
  3. Select either the Settings tile.
  4. Tap Change Username.
  5. Confirm your identity using your mobile device's security settings.
  6. Type your new username.
  7. Tap Send Code. Ford sends a verification code via text message.
  8. Enter the code on FordPass.
  9. Tap Save.
  10. Once the Success Screen displays, tap Return to Login.
  11. Use your new Username and existing password to log in to FordPass.
