What is a customer survey?

Customer Survey is Ford Motor Company's survey process for measuring the customer satisfaction with the Dealership sales and service experiences. 

The objectives of the customer survey program are for Ford Motor Company to:

  • Receive feedback on how effectively Ford and our Dealerships are able to deliver an excellent the customer experience. 
  • Make it a priority for Ford and the Dealership personnel to understand and respond to the needs and expectations of the customers. 
  • Identify areas where improvement is needed.
