How do I view my FordPass® Message Center?

If your Account icon and Message Center tile have a red numbered icon, this means you have a new message in the FordPass App. To locate any in-app messages for your account, use the steps below:

  1. Tap Account.
  2. Select Message Center.
  3. Tap the message you want to view. 
    • Unread messages appear in blue text with a dot next to them.
    • Read messages appear in black text.
