How do I edit my profile information in FordPass^®?

You can add or edit your FordPass profile through the Settings tile on the FordPass Account landing page.

Take the following steps:

1. Select Home.
2. Tap the Account icon.
3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Edit next to "Your Information" to add or change the following:
   • First and last name
   • Mailing address
   • Email address
5. Scroll down and tap Save. Tap Cancel to discard all changes.

Notes: 

• If you choose to add an address, it must be fully completed. Partial addresses will be rejected, and you will not be able to save.
• The maximum length for first and last names is 40 characters. If exceeded, you will see an alert and will not be able to save.
