How Can I View My Vehicle's Remaining oil Life?
In order to view Oil Life in FordPass, you must first:
- Have a FordPass Connect vehicle.
- Add the vehicle to FordPass.
- Activate its FordPass Connect modem.
- Enable Connectivity Settings in SYNC®.
View Oil Life
- Navigate to the Vehicle landing page.
- Scroll down and select Oil Life.
- FordPass routes you to the Oil Life screen. The remaining Oil Life percentage displays here.
Notes:
- For assistance with resetting your vehicle's Oil Life, please reach out to a Ford Dealer.
- After an oil change, it can take up to three trip cycles for your vehicle and the Oil Life in FordPass to align.
- In-vehicle alerts display in the instrument cluster when oil life reaches 5% and at 0%.
