Why is my recall not showing in the Ford app?
If you are attempting to view a recall on the Ford app, and you see either a loading screen that never completes or a blank page with no recall information, try troubleshooting your concern with the steps below.
Loading Never Completes
If you are attempting to view a recall and you see a "Loading" pinwheel that never completes:
- Force close the Ford app on your mobile device.
- Open the app again.
- Attempt to view the recall again.
Receiving a Blank Page
If you are attempting to view a recall and you see a blank page with no recall information:
- Return to the app Home screen.
- Pull down on the screen to refresh the page.
- Attempt to view the recall again.
Troubleshooting Does Not Work
