How do I delete my Ford account?

You can delete your account within the Ford app using the steps below. You can also contact our Customer Relationship Center and request an account deletion. 

Important:

• Once you delete your account profile, the process cannot be undone.
• Your Ford app account is also associated with your Ford Account.

Deleting Your Ford Account

1. Log in to the Ford app.
2. Select the Account icon.
3. Choose Account Information.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the warning and choose Yes, delete.
