Step 1
We will create a customized update for your vehicle. When it is ready, we will email you a link to this page within 24 hours to download the file.
Step 2
The download should start automatically after you click 'Start Download'.
*While you wait for the file to download to your computer's hard drive, insert the empty USB storage drive into your computer's USB port.
For installation, you need a FAT32 format USB drive holds 8GB or more.
Note: Please do not download this file directly to your USB drive!
Step 3
When download is complete, you will need to unzip the download package.
Click to check the unzip instructions.
After the package is unzipped, you will need to transfer the software update files from your computer to a USB drive and then to your vehicle.
For additional information, select your SYNC® version HERE and then search under “Software Updates”.
When you’ve finished installing the update into your vehicle, don’t forget to report it.
