MANILA, Philippines, 8 August 2018–Ford Philippines is now accepting entries for the 18th Henry Ford Awards (HFA), the country’s lone and longest-running awards program honoring excellence and professionalism in the field of automotive journalism.

Now on its 18th year, HFA continues to celebrate the contributions of journalists covering automotive and automotive-related news in shaping the Philippine automotive landscape, recognizing the incisive and in-depth reportage of automotive trends, issues, milestones, and vehicle launches in various media platforms.

“The HFA has become an institution in the local automotive industry with its continuing efforts to help uplift the state of motoring journalism in the country, giving our outstanding media practitioners the recognition and the spotlight they deserve,” said EJ Francisco, AVP, Communications, Ford Philippines.

This year, the HFA panel of judges is represented by top-caliber practitioners from the academe and in various professional disciplines related to automotive, communications, media, and creatives.
