HR Business Partner

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Human Resources/Business Management, Psychology or any related course
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources; MNC experience is an advantage
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy: Advance Knowledge MS Office Applications, WebEx, Sharepoint, presentation and facilitation skills

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • An operational partner in terms of HR functions in all areas of Human Resources such as but not limited to the following -  staffing, people development compensation, staff welfare & facilities, employee relations, and legal compliance. 
  • Develops, communicates, and implements the strategic direction of the operations to achieve the business strategies, maintain employees' morale and build employees' capabilities.
  • Develops and delivers HR Products and services for Ford Philippines.
  • Coaches, facilitates, and advises business partners or specific accounts on HR-related matters including employee morale retention, change management, performance, etc.
  • Acts as a strategic thinking partner and HR representative to internal customers by providing HR expertise and counsel.
  • Manages delivery of HR services by ensuring clarity of objective, delegating as appropriate, and assessing / developing / managing the performance of the HR team.
  • Builds strong relationships with operations partners, employees, regional/global HR colleagues and experts, and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues.
  • Fosters an effective, inclusive work environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with business needs.
  • Leads HR efforts related to investigation, governmental inquiries / charges, grievance resolution performance and absences management, complaints of unfair employment practices / discrimination, and disciplinary action and contract negotiations.
